I have decided to build a garden office. After a few conversations, and a few quotes, I have decided to go with Stan. He quickly and accurately calculated time and costs, and very soon started the project.

Stan & Ilona did an excellent job for me installing a pitched roof for my newly installed carport. A nice clean job to budget and on time.
Stan and Ilona undertook a complete refurbishment of my large en suite upstairs bathroom comprising a bath, separate double shower, 3 drawer vanity unit, toilet with concealed cistern, heated towel rail, radiator and illuminated mirror. They gutted the existing, designed the new wall tile wall-to-ceiling layout using 2 types of large tiles, rebuilt the towel rail stud wall and door surround, and replumbed all fixtures before tiling the floor. They were most careful about keeping dust and debris to a minimum and completed the job to a really excellent standard. Importantly they finished within their estimated timescale and under budget. I can recommend their standard of work.

Stan is one of best builders I have ever worked with. He knows is trade well; he is an all rounder and an exceptional carpenter. He is able to undertake large projects (e.g. build whole new house, flats, basements) as well as small (e.g. bathrooms).
He did a major garden build project for me which included and outside kitchen with a pitched roof, new patio, circular concrete seating area with a fire-pit and a waterfall.
He is very technical with strong attention to detail and thinks through things carefully before starting any job. He maintains a clean work area, works long hours and is always focused on the job at hand; not other jobs. He has a nice personal, friendly style, is good humoured, very respectful and courteous. We trusted him in our house when we went on holiday with no concerns whatsoever.
